Vincent W. Lin is a native of Taipei, Taiwan and graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Law.  Mr. Lin obtained his undergraduate degree in law from Soochow University in Taipei, Taiwan.  His major practice areas include: Corporate, Venture Capital Investment and International Business Transactions.  The emphasis of Mr. Lin’s corporate practice concerns State and Federal corporate governance and exempt securities offerings.  Mr. Lin has also served as an officer and as general counsel for several Silicon Valley technology start ups and venture capital firms.  This experience provides Mr. Lin with a unique ability to understand the corporate and business issues pressing industry today.  Mr. Lin is fluent in English, Mandarin and Taiwanese.
